Customer satisfaction is our goal at Superprjkt. In the event that any Superprjkt item does not meet your expectations, please return it in its original unopened and unused condition with tags and original packaging for a refund or for a prompt exchange. Open items can not be returned. All return, credit, and exchange requests can be made within 10 days of receipt of the order. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 5 days from the day you receive your package.
Returns will be credited to the original form of payment on full-priced items only. Sale items are eligible for exchange only (please see below for more details). Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
We will honor one exchange request per order. Please fill out the return/exchange form included with your order and mark the item(s) that you would like in exchange for the item(s) being returned. In some instances, stock may not be available to enable your exchange request. In the event that a no-stock situation occurs, we will refund you the purchase price to your original form of payment. Please keep in mind, your purchase price will be the amount we apply to any exchange. Please see below for our policy on sale items.
Sale items are eligible for exchange only. You may exchange your sale item(s) for item(s) of equal value. In the event that you would like an item(s) that is of higher value, we ask that you pay the difference. Please keep in mind that we will process one return/exchange request per order, so please be sure to include all the items that you want to exchange on the return form.
If the wrong item is shipped out to you due to a mistake on our part, your returned or exchanged item(s) will be shipped at no cost. If a damaged item is shipped to you, please notify us within 10 days from the day you receive your package by replying to your confirmation email. Notifications received after the 10 days will not be honored.
